Order Processing
- Please allow 1 business day for order processing and packaging.
- You will receive a confirmation once your order is ready to ship.
Shipping & Delivery
- We ship via FedEx Ground Service within the continental United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).
- Oversized or overweight items may require freight shipping; if applicable, you will receive a personalized shipping quote before your order is finalized.
Shipping Costs
- Enjoy complimentary shipping on orders over $300 and under 40 lbs.
- Orders under $300 ship at a flat rate of $30.
- For larger or heavier shipments, we will provide a tailored shipping quote.
International Orders
- For international shipping, we are happy to provide custom arrangements. Please contact us for details.
Responsibility & Support
- Once your order has been accepted by FedEx, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier.
- In the event of a lost, delayed, or stolen package, please contact FedEx directly. That said, we are always here to assist you in navigating claims and tracking updates to ensure your order reaches you whenever possible.
In-Store Pickup
- Orders are typically ready within 24 hours. You will be notified via text or email once your purchase is available for pickup.
- Please bring the credit card used for your purchase and a matching photo ID at the time of collection.
