In-person trails:

We offer complimentary saddle fitting within an hour radius of our store.

We also perform fit consultations up to a 2.5 hour radius of the store, but there is a non-refundable fee of $250.00 to cover costs. 

Fittings in areas beyond a 2.5 hour radius of the shop are also possible, but cost will be quoted based on fit location.

In-Barn Trial:

If we leave the saddle in your possession, saddle is prepaid in full for the duration of that term. Funds are  refunded in full when saddle is returned. For in-person fittings where the saddle is not left behind, no pre-purchase is required.

Send trials:

Clients are responsible for payment of round-trip shipping on demos. Trial timeframes are usually 1 week from date of receipt unless other arrangements are made in advance.

Virtual Fit Consultation:

We are also available to consult on fit via e-mail, video chat, or text. We have a simple recipe of requesting confirmation shots that help to make the process easy. There is no charge for virtual consults.
