Return and Refund Policy

In-store purchases: we offer store credit or exchange within 10 days. All returns must be in original condition and packaging.
E-com purchases: Although we offer thorough fitting advice in-store and pride ourselves on providing the right fit, we understand this is not always possible for e-com. We offer a 14-day full refund or exchange on stock items. If the return is received after 14 days, we offer an exchange up to 30 days after the order was placed.
- Custom items are not eligible for return
- Helmets are final sale
- Special orders and sale items are final sale
- Returns can be made in store or via UPS or Fedex
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning items to us.
